Motivating People to learn through Sport Works

The programmes being offered at the Centre are designed to address Sports unique position in providing lasting benefits in areas such as education, health, athletic development, the regeneration of communities and promoting social inclusion.

Our training programmes will enable participants to combine their athletic and sporting ability with the opportunity to obtain appropriate academic or vocational qualifications.

At the Centre, we provide sporting and life skills programmes designed to provide participants with the education and experience to assist them in their academic, personal, sporting and career development

Sport contributes to the integral training of young people. The activities for young people at the Centre includes sporting and vocational training, and the use of information technology which will allow them to take advantage of the values conveyed through sport as a learning tool in areas of

  3. Acceptance and respect for diversity towards other people
  4. Tolerance
  5. Fair play
  6. Creation of a better balance between intellectual and physical development
  7. Promoting the values and virtues of self-discipline, self-esteem and hard effort fostered by sport, thus helping young people to overcome the difficulties they may face in their everyday life.

Sport is a basic pedagogical tool. Our programmes will equip participants to take advantage of existing and new opportunities in field of sports, the job market, and or further education.
